Purpose Beyond Projects
At JRP Integrated Solutions, our commitment to the Pacific Northwest is personal. We believe that professional expertise is a tool for community transformation.
Joe’s Story
Rooted in Service Joe’s journey began at Saint Anne’s orphanage in Spokane, an experience that forged a lifelong commitment to civic responsibility. For over 30 years, this “service-first” mindset has been the North Star of his career—from leading municipal port districts to founding technology firms. To Joe, development isn’t just about infrastructure; it’s about honoring our responsibility to one another.
Youth Homelessness Support
Joe actively volunteers at Cup of Cool Water, a youth homeless shelter in Spokane. By dedicating time and resources to the region’s most vulnerable, JRP ensures that “community development” includes everyone.
Spiritual & Civic Leadership
With a certificate in ministry from Whitworth University and years of service in community and nonprofit boards, Joe integrates ethical leadership into every project JRP touches.
Economic Empowerment
Our work with Tribal Communities (including the Yakama, Swinomish, Upper Skagit, and Samish Tribes) focuses on bridging the digital divide, ensuring that connectivity leads to long-term economic sovereignty and growth.
Philanthropy Through Expertise
We give back by providing high-level guidance in:
Sustainable Infrastructure: Developing public private partnerships and community economic development strategies.
Digital Equity: Building municipal broadband networks so no community is left behind.
Strategic Growth: Conducting feasibility studies that maximize taxpayer dollars and local economic impacts.
Civic responsibility isn't a part-time job—it's a lifelong commitment. Every project we take on at JRP is an opportunity to leave the Pacific Northwest stronger than we found it.”
